Kawasaki ZX-7R picture gallery

The ZXR750 / ZX-7R is one of our absolute all-time favourite Kawasakis. They stopped building it back in 2003 and yes, there are any number of sportsbikes that are lighter, more powerful and better handling than the old green meanie. And yet, there's something about the old ZXR750 / ZX-7R that makes us just LOVE the bike SO VERY, VERY MUCH! Along with the ZX-11 / ZZR1100, we believe this was one of the best Kawasakis ever made. Today, for no reason other than we love this bike so much, here's some pics of this great machine...

good site for bikes even though you do need to get over your fixation with the 1980s and 90s. move on...!

The ZX-7R was a great bike. Had one for three years back when I was in college. Crashed it and it was a complete write-off. But even though my current 2002 Fireblade is leagues ahead in terms of outright performance, I still miss the old 7R.

Blessed are the obsessed for they shall rule the Earth. Or at least ride old, heavy and hard-edged motorcycles that used to sound so good. Those ram air pipes on the old ZXR were the dogs...

If I had the money, I'd build a ZX-7R with the engine from a 2004 ZX-10R. Maybe that's the bike Kawasaki should build too... :-))
