Jorge Lorenzo, 2010 MotoGP world champ. Yeah, we wouldn't bet against the Spaniard this year...
As expected, Jorge Lorenzo won the Catalan Grand Prix at Montmeló today – his fifth victory of the 2010 MotoGP season, and third consecutive win in a row. With this, Yamaha are now the winningest manufacturer in MotoGP in the four-stroke era, with 57 wins.
Jorge Lorenzo is now also the first Yamaha rider to take three wins from three poles since Eddie Lawson in 1986. The Spaniard is also, we’re sure, well on his way to winning the 2010 MotoGP world championship.
