Aprilia lets loose with SR Max hotness

The Aprilia SR Max 300 and 125 are scooters. They are available in red and white colours. And, no, you can't ask the girl in these pics to go on a date with you...

Usually, we wouldn’t write about scooters like the Aprilia SR Max 300 and SR Max 125 here on Faster and Faster. But Aprilia figured out a cunningly devious way of getting us – and we suppose a hundred other websites like us – to write about the 2011 SR Max 300 and 125 scooters. They simply released these high-res pics of the two scooters with a hot Italian chick draped all over them. VoilĂ ! Mission accomplished.

So what exactly are the Aprilia SR Max 300 and SR Max 125 all about? Well, these are supposed to be sporty scooters fitted with reasonably powerful engines, high-quality suspension components and sticky tyres etc. The SR Max 125 is fitted with a single-cylinder, 125cc four-stroke engine that pushes out 15 horsepower at 9,250rpm and the SR Max 300 is fitted with single-cylinder 300cc four-stroke engine that produces 22bhp at 7,250rpm. Both SOHC engines are liquid-cooled and fuel-injected, and are mated to a CVT. Both scooters also feature disc brakes on both wheels and preload-adjustable rear suspension, and are fully Euro 3 emissions compliant.

And now that we’re done with that obligatory paragraph about the scooters’ tech specs, you can safely go back to looking at those pics. Yeah, the girl is hot, we like her!

And if the SR Max is not your scene, perhaps you'll like the Aprilia Scarabeo 200...
